Life is the bucket that God gives each of us. We fill it during the course of our lives. Take a look into your bucket. With what do you fill your bucket? We can fill it with the scraps for which the loveless beasts scavenge among the ruins of Eden in cutthroat competition with the other loveless beasts. Or we can fill it with treasure. Love is the only treasure. Love embellishes life. Life without love is salt without flavor (Matthew 5:13). Love is life in abundance (John 10:10). On judgement day, God will look into your bucket. What will he discover?
